Returns & Exchanges

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and our efficient delivery services. If your delivery was sub-par, we'd love to know and are always happy to help.

Return of faulty goods or goods damaged in transit:
We do our best to ensure that all products delivered arrive in the very best condition, but from time to time, things happens that is outside of our control. If you should receive goods that are faulty, please contact our sales team within 3 working days and we will do everything we can to sort the problem. If your goods look to have been damaged in transit, it is really important that you sign for the delivery as damaged with the courier and also inform us within 3 working days of any claim you may wish to make.

Return of goods for any other reason:
If there is a need for you to return goods to us for a reason other than fault or damage, we are happy to help, but there will be a small restocking fee incurred. Normally this will be a value up to 20% of the value of the stock being returned (up to a maximum of £400) and this fee will be subtracted from the credit note raised against your return. Please note that all returns will be accepted at our discretion; that all goods must be in a resalable condition and we would ask that you cover the cost of return

Arranging a return:

You can start a return online, just view the order that has the goods you'd like to return, and use the 'Return Products' button at the top.  Follow the instructions, to submit your return request, and we'll take it from there.
